Appearance

Being the white or slightly yellow crystalline powder.

Application

It is used in the manufacture of other petrochemical tungsten compound catalyst into the agent, the main raw material of refinery tungsten-based catalyst.

Production

1. Take the ammonium tungstate solution as raw material, firstly get the ammonium metatungstate solution by solvent extraction or ion exchange method, and then obtained by evaporation and crystallization;
2. Heat thermal dissociation of APT for losing part of ammonia and crystal water and converting to ammonium metatungstate which is soluble in water, and then generated by evaporation and crystallization;
3. Stir the APT in water, and neutralized with an acid to a pH of 3-4, so APT is transformed into AMT solution, then get by evaporation to crystallization.
